This is the official account-deletion information page for CHANGe Life. If you connected a Google or Apple sign-in identity for CHANGe Life backup continuity, you can request deletion of your CHANGe Life-linked backup account data here.

Quick Summary

The preferred way to delete your CHANGe Life-linked backup account data is inside the app from Settings > Account & Backup. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email using the official support contact shown below.

Option 1: Delete in the App

• Open CHANGe Life
• Go to Settings > Account & Backup
• Choose Delete account in CHANGe Life
• Confirm the deletion request inside the app

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, email hiservicechange@gmail.com with the subject line:

What to Include in Your Request

• the email address used for your Google or Apple sign-in, if available
• which sign-in method you used: Google or Apple
• your approximate last sign-in date, if you remember it
• your device platform, if helpful, such as Android or iPhone

This helps us identify the correct CHANGe Life-linked backup account data and avoid deleting the wrong record.

What Will Be Deleted

• your CHANGe Life-linked backup account connection stored for optional sign-in continuity
• the latest CHANGe Life backup snapshot associated with that linked backup identity, if present
• the local CHANGe Life backup-account state when deletion is initiated inside the app

What Will Not Be Deleted

• your Google account
• your Apple ID
• data stored outside CHANGe Life's own optional backup-account flow

CHANGe Life account deletion only applies to CHANGe Life-linked backup account data and backup records handled by CHANGe Life's own account-and-backup features.
